1. Introduction

The website lensbyfiz.com is operated by Lens by Fiz, an independent professional photographer based in Paris, France.

2. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern all photography services offered and sold on lensbyfiz.com.

3. Acceptance

By booking a session or making a purchase, the client fully accepts these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

4. Services

Services include:

  • photography sessions for individuals, couples, families, or small groups (up to 5 people),

  • lifestyle, portrait, and travel photography sessions,

  • services as described on the website at the time of booking.

All sessions take place outdoors, typically during the day, in the morning or during golden hour, depending on availability and weather conditions.

5. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

Lens by Fiz reserves the right to change prices at any time without retroactive effect.

6. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

  • Payments are made online through the available payment methods.

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

7. Photo Delivery

  • Final images are delivered in JPEG format only.

  • Delivery time is 4 to 7 days after the session and payment.

  • The number of images depends on the selected package.

RAW files are not provided.

8. Changes & Cancellation

  • Any rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • In case of unsuitable weather conditions, Lens by Fiz may propose a rescheduled session.

9. Right of Withdrawal

According to French law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised services or services scheduled for a specific date.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lens by Fiz.

Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Image Rights

Unless the client explicitly objects in writing before the session, Lens by Fiz may use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

12. Liability

Lens by Fiz shall not be held liable for indirect damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather or force majeure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
